Anyone live near Walnut Creek, CA?

Need someone in or near Walnut Creek, CA to do a little research for me. I'm trying to locate the name of an individual who stole some knives from me (using a stolen CC) I have the address of an apartment they were shipped to but would like to find out the actual name of the individual that lives there and if there is an apt. office/manager.

I've contacted the local Police, filed a recall of package with USPS, will file a claim and a police report but I would like to find out as much info as possible about the receiver of the package.

Maybe watch eBay, Craigslist, the forums.

no need to break legs LOL. Just need to know who actually lives in the apartment the package went to. I have a name, which is the name of the cardholder, but he doesn't live there. I would like to know the name of the person it was delivered to.

Once positive ID is made arms AND legs are broken and a 2X4 is crammed in places that cause people to cringe!!!

Interesting. We had some from that area who wanted a couple of the high end ZT's using UPS 2nd Day Air. Didn't pass our security checks so the stuff never shipped. Curious if it is the same address. If you PM me I will provide you with any information I have to assist if all possible.
