I placed an order with them 11 days ago and the order finally showed shipped/awaiting tracking a week ago but still no product or tracking number and they do not return e-mails or phone calls. Hope they are not a fly-by-night operation. They did not waste any time taking the 200+ dollars from my account the very same day.

I just ordered from them and had no problems as far as getting my stuff in a timely manner. Although, my knife wasn't quite "perfect."
