First day I havent seen Gundude on here hitting us up for chat at 730am, maybe we scared him off in chat lastnight? :D
 
I have progressive. The guy that is responsible for my repairs and medical bills has allstate. Their adjuster has called me 3x's today! and told me my story conflicts with the woman behind me! Up theirs. Just fix my truck and stop calling me! I think they think they can get the blame placed on the woman that was behind me instead of their client. But the cop said 'THE TOYOTA IS AT FAULT FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE SUBURBAN AND THE EXPLORER' Quite cut and dry to me. It's in the report, but no citations were issued. I kind of wish they were at this point.
 
Yup - they have to pay.
Police report is a controlling document for determining fault.
After that's all done, then they can go after the insurance company for the lady who got sandwiched.
Until then, all they're doing is harassing you so you'll make a mistake and sign off on something just to get them to leave you alone.

i'm not signing anything, until my truck is fixed to my satisfaction, i'm DONE visiting drs for it AND all my medical bills are paid. All my medical expenses so far have been out of pocket. No one wants to deal with the third party billing involved with PIP patients.
 
you need to get an attorney involved right now. you really really do. listen to the advise of a older been run into many times friend. allstate does not have your best interests in mind.

ugh. I don't have the $ to pay one. Not with having all my medical and deductible out of pocket.
 
for those of you in chat last night here is a pic of my thumb after opening my new to me sebenza a handful of times, and yes it does hurt. :D

wait -- you were not at fault.
their insurance company is paying for everything.
there is no deductible, because it's not coming out of your insurance.
IF your insurance was paying for everything then going after theirs, you would have a deductible until the companies settled, then you would be entitled to a refund of the deductible.
If the allsnake adjuster tried to hit you with a deductible, you have a valid grievance.
 
katie you don't have to pay the attorney most will take your case for a percentage of what they collect. you are going to be due some pain and suffering money, time lost from normal activities and any other expenses you have.

give one a call at least, they don't charge unless they collect for the most part.
