Ok, well.... ummm.
1) 42 is right about illegalize drinking, people want to drink, they are going to legal or otherwise. (I don't drink by the way, well maybe 2 beers every 6 or 8 months)
2) Same goes for drugs, which is why we have overflowing jail cells at the moment, but... ever ridden in a car with someone that has smoked a joint or two? No better then a guy that has had a couple of beers or more...
3) Accidents happen, people get killed. Yes it is awful. Blaming on the drinking stupidity and a cop out. You blame the guy behind the wheel and that is that. Blaming anything other then that is as useless as blaming the car itself. This is exactly the same kind of thinking, ban all guns cause they kill people. Well.... not exactly.
4) Universal Heathcare? Let's not get into that crock of bull here ok?
5) Waiting for Obama to do SOMETHING before I can say he is doing a good job.

Mrs. Shotty, sorry to hear about your difficulties dealing with the other driver's insurance. At least the other drivers *had* insurance! Seems a very high percentage of drivers *don't* have insurance these days, even though it is required! The last guy that hit me, handed me his insurance card, but he hadn't paid the renewal on it! I had to get it fixed under my Uninsured Motorist coverage and pay the deductible, but was surprised my insurance company (State Farm) refunded me the deductible later when the got the money out of him.

I think I will take a vacation day next Friday so I can get down to Stubblefield before dark. I look forward to meeting y'all in person.

Tomorrow morning I'm leaving cold and windy Virginia for FLORIDA! Spring break started today and I'm so excited. Going to a beachhouse just south of Jacksonville with 8 friends for the whole week.

Speaking of traffic incidents, someone about rear-ended me TWICE this morning, my truck before I got it had already been rear-ended and it took me a loooong time to find a bumber for it, so I'd a been extremely ticked if I had to hunt for another one. I left early this morning to go and make up a gov't test, when I pull out I get stuck behind the car that is weaving all over the place and can't turn worth sh*t, I mean running off the shoulders, so I take a back road and pop out 10 car links in front of him later on, well a red light catches me and I stop, I look in my rear-view and here comes the same guy again (this time I recognize the guy) not even looking in front him, right before he hits me he sees I'm stopped and he hit the brakes so hard I'd say the hood dropped a good 6 inches +, well then it turns green I go, next red light same story..... I eventually catch up with this guy later on, when he saw me coming he came and apologized, and then he had the nerve to tell me the reason he didn't see me stopped was because he was texting, man that hit the P.O.ed switch right quick and in a hurry, he's literally a few tacos short of a combo meal, had he had all of his marbles chances are I would be posting in prac and tac instead of here, and considering he didn't I just smiled and walked away..... well made him a "promise" and he walked away but same difference.
 
arggh more rain! it is a desert here, darn el nino rains. i think we have gotten a years worth of rain in the first 3 months. :grumpy:
