wouldn't root beer, ginger beer and birch beer count for "baby's"?
Reading "To Build a Fire" by Jack London... one of the all time great survival stories (IMHO). If you haven't read it... it if freely available on the web... good stuff folks.

My son wants a knife when we go on walks...he's only 3. I tell him its for big boys and he can have one when he's older, then he askes for a babys knife! He says the same thing about beer, he wants babys beer! Kids! I guess he is his fathers son...
Man, I read that in high school, and loved it. London's writing is so vivid!
I just read that one again a couple of weeks ago Coffee. It was cold outside one night and that story popped into my mind from back when I was in high school. Here is a website dedicated to Jack London you might be interested in.

whooohoooooooo, the package I thought lost turned up after all!
So now I have those mini LED lights, that I'll be using as name tags (small stickers with the names) on my christmas presents ...
I didn't read it until I was out of school, but a friend gave me a book that had the story in it, I read it the first time while winter camping in the Green Mountains and it made quite the impression.
A truly wonderful writer. Hard to read one of his story's and not feel like you are right there watching it, being part of it all.
That being said, it is 9 degrees out (it's warmed up a bit) and heavy winds, -10 or so for the wind chill today. Great time to read a survival story about not surviving....
Do you exchange your presents with people in the middle of the night with the lights off?
Just kidding Kitty, thats a cool idea.
It's a long story...My name will pop up alot if you google rec.sport.paintball, and not really in good ways. did a few IRC servers, basically ran with all the internet delinquents. played with team internet for years (tyger is a tool), and ran with the "i have no idea" and "Hanta Force" guys for a ton of rec fun.
you wanna hit castle this year, I'll break out palmer stock gun serial # 2, and finally fix up that KP2-sc![]()
Moved from the badge thread...
Wow, you've been playin a while... I started playing in.... either summer of 91 or 92, can't remember, Been on gawd knows how many times, but the year before last was my first year at Castle... I pretty much have the same nickname on the other forums as here... I am going to try to get down to fall Castle I think this year, the Spring one is too close to Blade and I won't be able to get the vacation time for both.
99% of my gear has been given away, or sold off at this point, but I bet if I cleaned out the gearbag, I could put together a couple of spyders, maybe a AutoMag or two from the parts. Speedball really killed the sport for me, the simple cost of playing.
