My son wants a knife when we go on walks...he's only 3. I tell him its for big boys and he can have one when he's older, then he askes for a babys knife! He says the same thing about beer, he wants babys beer! Kids! I guess he is his fathers son...

When I was little, my dad took a cheapo folder and ground the tip off and rounded the edge out until it was probably about as sharp as one of those Benchmade training knives that barely cut butter. He walked outside one day and I was sharpening it on the grit of the sidewalk. It seems part of the gig was that if I was responsible with that knife, I could have a new one. I was one of the first kids my age to carry a mini-SAK I do remember that.

99% of my gear has been given away, or sold off at this point, but I bet if I cleaned out the gearbag, I could put together a couple of spyders, maybe a AutoMag or two from the parts. Speedball really killed the sport for me, the simple cost of playing.

100% of mine is irrelevant now. We played with stock class guns at Skyball for about 3 or 4 years to make a point that I don't think anyone got. Even won a game or two :)

I've still got my phantom VSC I'm debating selling, a PPS stocker, a Blazer, couple PGP's (one bolt action), and the KP2-sc that I literally looked for for about 5 years to get. Had it about five now and still haven't rebuilt it.

what am i NOT working on? that would be an easier question to answer.

so, since you don't eat candy, what would you like as a reward for working so hard to ship out our orange handled dainties? (no, I'm not shipping you any Malibu - but if you folks ever find yourself up in my neck of the woods, I'll gladly spring for it)

Sold my Nightmare Comp to a guy up in Canada a while back, the last of my truly "stock class" markers, won a bunch of tourny's in Speedball, shooting Ego's and Promasters, and played with everything in between. Stopped playing last year, sold of all the markers (Might still have a ProAm or a ProLite kicking around) But I do miss it. Just to much fun.... even at my advanced age... :)

I think I am going to go to Castle, if for nothing else then to BS with the commando's and Blue.

Last evening my 5 year old son wanted to hold my Rat Pack knife so I helped him take it out of the sheath and cautioned him to be careful. He just held it with a hardened gleam and a smirk. I was putting it up and he said "I know your number..three three six". told him thats right. He has a dull, small SAK he calls his RAT Knife and he is trying to get my dog tags. Im not sure where hes getting all these ideas....

I’ve got the same background on my phone TDC. A guy saw it at work today and said “What is that, a Jolly Roger?” I told him about RATs and sent him a link. Now he wants a RAT. Muwahahahaha.

LK- right now would be the moment you wanted a pic of. I'm surrounded by RAT 'crap' wearing my spongebob pants. lol

I feel bad for my dog. He's constipated :( I fed him some chewable bene-fiber tabs (he likes them a lot) but he's just not pushing it out yet. Boxers are prone to bowel issues so this isn't totally unusual but he's so expressive and seems so distressed and upset, it's both sad and funny.
