have to try the maple bacon doughnuts at voodoo in portland
AMEN! These are AWESOME!!! There's also a bakery in Salt Lake City that does bacon donuts that are incredible. Can't remember the name of the bakery, it's the one that brings in donuts for the Radio From Hell show every week... (BTW - I'm jealous of you Utah bastards that get to listen to that show rather than having to download it! Best morning show ever...)
Ya it actually sounds like the ''good taste'' of a pregnang woman.... Pickles and ice cream anyone ?!?
that sounds worse! :barf::barf:
Ahhhh it is an aquired taste... kind of like MEAN's sense of humor...![]()
Hit a deer lastnight
still alive on the ground; had my R&P knife on my hip. Did the right thing, the knife functioned perfect; the deer was mostly undamaged I will get alot of meat off her. She was roughly a 2year doe; really good sized.
processing the meat later today, I will use the R&P knife to finish her out.
The choil came in handy last night while gutting her; once i reached the sternum and ribcage i was able to bury the blade in, using the choil like a saw serations, it tore right through cracking the ribs apart with ease.
I was also thankful for the fenixLD20 I had attached to my R&P sheath; I was able to signal cars drawing their attn. to myself and my vehicle to the side of the road during the extreemly snowy conditions. It also illuminated the gutting process
Glad you're ok and getting deer meat is always an awesome thing!
I also got in my 1st fender bender last night. I was getting into the left turn lane at an intersection when the car just in front and to the side of me suddenly veered into me and hit my bumper. No injuries and only a few scratches on my suburban (tank) but the woman's car had a nice dent. My dad helped me celebrate my 1st accident with a nice cold Yuengling when i got home haha.
Although we were in a populated and well lit area, I was happy to have my Kershaw mini-cyclone and fenix p2d. Fortunately the woman was very nice and didn't try to blame me or anything like that.
I am not a coach but long time soccer player.I remember "line sprints" I think they were called, really kick yet butt good hehe.Its where everybody sprints to a line and has to reach down a tough it then sprint back to the starting line touch it,then sprint to further line touch it then sprint back and touch the starting line.Back and forth,I think we did like 3 or 4 consecutively further lines.Its real tiring.DN
