Sweet baby santa in a manger. I went to get in my truck today and there was FROST on my window. It's 31 in Houston today. GIVE ME BACK MY WARM WEATHER!
sorry, Mrs S - no sympathy here. :)
our high yesterday was 16.
it's already close to that today - and we have another storm on the way tonight.
only supposed to get 2-4 more inches of snow, but some decent winds with it so drifting will be a problem.
After the storm it's supposed to clear off again, so Thursday/Friday is going to be cold, which means I may actually have to wear my coat - so far I've been doing pretty good with my flannel lined canvas shirt. (I got the coat a couple years ago for visiting family in Wisconsin & Minnesota)

Hell Mrs Shotty, 31 degrees IS warm weather! :) was an even 0 when I left for work this am with a steady 10mph wind.... and the temp is going to drop tonight.

So get out, sunbath and get some color, prefect weather down there for it :D

yup - what Coffee said - it got close to 20 on Sunday and I started sweating!

Of course out here on the Left Coast it promises to be clear and mild with a slight chance of death by catostrophic earthquake. Now where did I leave my folding shovel?
Good Luck.

Heck no! I didn't even wear my gym clothes this am let alone a bathing suit!

What are you talking about? Have you seen her on photographs or not?
That little bit of winter sun will not give her color.
People with her complexion needs a fortnight of sunbathing to actually become white.

I suspect pulling a Lady Godiva would be a bit extreme, even for you...

THAT would not happen. lol

hahaha. Did the mr pay you to say that? And lucky for me pale is in. The whole vampire thing is popular right now.

Which leaves me to wonder just what you are wearing..... NO wait, don't tell me, let me just enjoy the image my imagination has cooked up..... :D

Oh shit, you're nuts! I have on jogging pants instead of shorts. I packed the shorts for the gym. The leather seats in the truck are way too cold for shorts today.

Trade ya :)

Currently 1 in Missouri -12 wind chill.

If we ever get back up to freezing we'll be wearing short sleeve shirts.

I'll trade you - -16 here with windchill of -23 (Fahrenheit not Celsius)!!!

Nobody around this part of the country even thinks the words "swim trunks/bikini/bathing suit" unless they're within 2 weeks of boarding a plane for the tropics...

i find it a little ironic that i like cold weather. just as long as you have enough jackets, warmth etc.

I like the idea of living where it is a real effort to do everyday tasks.
Where the challenge of everyday is a bit more than say going out for food in Arlington Hights Chicago.
The Frozen Mittin isnt like back in Idaho; but if you get stuck or broke down out in bfe during winter here; you can be in real trouble, real quick.

All I want is consistent weather, we've two days of about 40 degrees celcius, bone dry, followed by a day of 20 degrees and thunder storms, then another forty day, now mid 20's and epic wind. Stupid Melbourne weather, four seasons in one day...grrrr...
