meh got kicked out of the irish bar because my laptop backpack was taking up too much space and it was standing room only. I can either walk it 6 blocks home and walk 6 blocks back, or grab a 6 pack of Guinness at the convenience store on the way home. Hmm, decisions.
 
6 pack and 1/2 gallon of ice cream at quickee mart costs less than 2 pints at the pub.
 
aye, but the cheaper option is drinking alone in my apartment when I could be enjoying the social and festive atmosphere. I hate drinking alone, it's pointless. I got a reply from Campsmarter about my 4 month delayed order, they said even though some of the items in my order are currently in stock and ready to ship, they do not ship orders seperately and I will have to wait for all of them until the last item becomes available. What kind of crap is that? not even an apology. I'm definately giving them negative ratings.

Ewww.....what kind of policy is that? I'd give them poor marks as well. Couldn't you just tell them to cancel the out of stock stuff and then order the other stuff separately?
 
finally it's spring, now it's mowing the lawn instead of shoveling snow ...

now that I think of it, that doesn't really make much difference ...

but at least you can get out in the back yard and grill some burgers...i guess you could do that in the snow too...but i like the spring a little better:D
 
lol, the Mrs has the spins huh? that sucks, cranberry juice followed by copious ammounts of water is my cure, though thankfully I didn't have much of a hangover this morning. Man, yesterday was a blast. I think we need more non-official drinking days. How come there's no big Norwegian holidays that are celebrated in the US? We could sing songs about valhalla, roast a carribou on a spit and drink meade! that would be a fun holiday. Unfortunately I think the only time that ever happens is Renaisance Fairs, and there's alot of stupid gayness that goes on at those things.
