April contest discussion thread - PICS added

Man I need to get my pix taken and posted. I did just find an awesome little bag for my altoids tin today at the job fair I had a booth at. The Army had the coolest little camera/ipod pouches, and they let me have one without having to join the service again :thumbup: It will be part of my tin kit for sure.
 
I think I have things figured out for what I'm going to do now. I'll do my best to get some pix taken and posted.
 
Man, I think I picked up a virus on my p.c. At home. I'll try to get my last pic's up but my shit's broke right now.

I only hope someone thinks highly enough of one of my ideas to steal it (READ: HD razor blades)

I'm gonna hit the bed now after 2 hrs of post editing to get it all in shape.
 
There are some good kits in this challenge. I believe the real challenge will be for Ethan in choosing winners.

Looks like several of us used OREGON FAL'ER's CD signal mirror idea.

Maethor, the takedown bow, that is awesome. Keep the leg healing, then you can remove the crutch from your kit.

Cobra, good call on the toilet paper. I have some in a waterproof bag in my larger backpack, but I forgot to add it to this kit.

I thought I was doing good until I saw some of your Kits guys! If I was judging Cobra would be the winner, AWESOME kit man, and you showed how it worked :thumbup: But good luck to all!

Great contest everyone. Some REALLY good ideas.

I thought it closed today, but I just re-read the rules and it says, "the end of this contest is May 1st 2011, all entries must be posted before then". Just wondering,
but do we have today ? Or was it 11:59 last night (LOL)

Had some more pics to post, but no big deal.

Again, some really good stuff. I'd be willing to bet we all were able to add a couple new things/ideas to our own packs. (I know I did) And that's what it's for right. Like I said earlier, we're all better for it.
 
I just realized that I forgot to put my flashlight in my sustained kit. CRAP!!!!! I hope that doesn't F up my chances.

I hear ya. I didn't get half my pics in. When I re-read it, and it said BEFORE the 1st
I figured it was over. No worries. I should have got them in earlier. Just so damn busy lately, some stuff gets put off.

Good contest though. Seems like we all pretty well prepared.
 
I need to call Ethan, I was busy yardworkin' and kid raisin' this weekend. I'll make sure he's gotcha'll covered
