So, when I make this..Im gonna put the blade at 18'' so I can call it the BaK18! (Big a** Knife-18'')

And I think I'm gonna put a forward lanyard hole as well, right in front of handles...and maybe a front ''shearing'' hole (also handy for hanging it on a nail in the shed)

And the handle angle wont be as extreme...maybe an inch less drop from center

You and me both. Just got back from Vancouver and then a side trip to North Carolina.
When I got home, the murses had started multiplying like rabbits. Sure wish I had a Becker patch or two for them.
Anyway, I'm going to mate a black one with these olive drabs and see if I can't get some striped murses.

Night hikin' tonight in South Mountain and just scared up a rattler. It was so frickin loud that it actually managed to get my attention through the Goatwhore I was blasting in my headphones. Been putting a 3gal jug of water in my pack and really feel like I'm getting stronger fast. Now I just need to find a source for tactical hiking diapers...
