April Weights and Fitness challenge thread

190 light reps. 17.7 + 1.9 = 19.6 BSPs to date.
"Day of Rest" yesterday - but I went for 3 separate 1-mile walks, and overdid it on pistachio cookies and smoky Scotch. Lost 1.2 lbs!?!

360 light reps this morning to get back in the groove.
19.6 + 3.6 = 23.2 BSPs to date.

23.2 + 1.9 = 25.1 BSPs so far for April.
 
Qeth, maybe I'm counting mine wrong. But I did a heavy work out today and got 2 points. What they heck are you doing to get 14 points in a day?

Today was back/shoulder day for me, it was 5(sets)x6(reps) (in no particular order)
Upright row
lateral raise
side bends
shoulder press
rear delt raise
dumbbell row

then I did burn outs for the same exercises.

2 points....



Do i get xtra credit for cardio? :)

I think you BOTH are counting heavy reps wrong. 230 heavy reps for Qeth should be more like 9 BSP, not 4.8.

5 sets of 6 reps is 30 points per exercise. At 6 exercises, that's 180 heavy reps, or 7.2 points. Assuming those are actually heavy reps, and you can't do more than 6 reps at a go. Otherwise, they count as medium, and that's 3.6 points.

CF is right. Hate to break it to you, but you just did 7.2 points, not 2 :D
