April Weights and Fitness challenge thread

I did another heavy 5x5 today, 6 exercises in circuit and then 15x30 situps. I feel like the slow kid in class. That's how many points? 9.5?
 
Doggone. I got sick AND busy at work at the same time; ugh. Like I mentioned in MYB, I don't know if I'llhit 50 this month, but I'm going to try.

Tuesday, 4-15: Upper Body HIIT
Light reps - 171 = 1.71
Medium reps - 58 = 1.16
Heavy reps - 16 = 0.64
Day's total - 3.51

Current Total BSPs: 13.71
