Are the Orange Manix 2's shipping yet?

I just saw a seller who has 2 listed on ebay. Has anyone gotten their's yet or have any info about exactly when they may be shipping?
 
They aren't even out yet. They will be shipping around Christmas time.
It doesn't surprise me that people on Ebay sell things they don't have yet. They don't really care either by the looks of it.
 
I believe the CC knives have in fact been shipped. The eBay knives will have the CC# on the blade if that's the case.
 
Just received my bill from Cutlery Shoppe for the two orange manix's I ordered. Hopefully that means they'll be shipping before christmas! :D
 
I spoke with them earlier this week and it sounds like they should be arriving and shipping very shortly.

Good to hear they might be shipping shortly! I've been holding off on buying any of the Manix-2 sprints in the hopes that they'd come out with an orange one.
 
Same here - got in at the "introductory price" ;) I like them ok but it's not on my hot list. I own a CTS-XHP and will own the Orange for giggles but unless they did something spectacular with a new sprint I'll be done.

Got my notice just after midnight that they had received my payment. Based on past experiences I would expect to get a shipping notice today or tomorrow at the latest.
 
I didn't get an email from them last night. I preordered a while ago, should i be worried?

I placed my preorder on 10/13. My guess is that Jeff is receiving the order from Spyderco in more than one shipment and those who ordered first are getting notification first based on how many knives he's received in the first shipment and when you preordered.

When you placed your preorder you should have set up an account. You can log in and check your order history. If it shows that they received your order you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Is that based on you checking your order history on the site? If so did it show receipt of payment? It's possible that Jeff simply stopped processing orders last night, (as noted mine notification came through after midnight EST).

Another possibility might be that I made it in under the wire for amount of knives he's received in this batch from Spyderco. Also a possibility would be an issue with your payment vehicle. Did you pay the preorder with a debit or credit card and has anything changed with either? More than once I've seen folks mention that they paid for a preorder with a credit card but by the time the actual charge was applied the credit card had expired and they forgot to update the vendor with the new CC#.
