Are the Orange Manix 2's shipping yet?

I got mine today and I have to say, she is absolutely perfect in the F&F department. Kudos to Spyderco on Jeff Loffer's behalf.

Mine is just perfect. Perhaps the best Manix 2 in F&F have owned out of 6 counting this one, materials notwithstanding.

This also may be one of the best $107 dollar general EDC folders I've had.

It's not my perfect design overall but this specimen is VERY nice :D

Great Price!!! On a very nice folder.
I can hardly wait to receive mine.(at a slightly higher price, But still a SUPER Deal.IMHO):thumbup:

IMO (and YMMV), anything at or under the MSRP is fair and reasonable unless you're trying to flip and scalp.

JN, You are correct, As long as we're under the MSRP.
If you're eluding to anything... My purchases were for my personal collection. Daily edc rotation....
Not that I owe anybody an excuse for my actions...My funds, My morals... I was attempting to be funny, It must of not of come off as such. This is may be my final post on this Forum, Geeze

No allusions, nothing more intended than the pure words, really. :) Heck, if folks want to scalp them, that's their business and the business of someone who makes a free choice to pay for it. I'm not their conscience or the cop, even if I disagree with it. It may not be great in my opinion, but it beat heck out of living in a "demand" economy.

Just re-read your post. I don't know if anyone else is taking digs at you, but I'm not. People should remember that someone who pays an "inflated" eBay price did so as a free choice. No one FORCED them to pay "too much," right? Market economies are lousy, but they beat all of the alternatives.
 
I saw ankerson break his manix 2 on youtube.... does anybody know if these have the refined cage ball lock on board??

Blade centering just off, but not enough to make me change anything.

You may be able to adjust that centering by trying to tweak BOTH pivot screws. Worth a as hot.

Yes. When I talked to Jeff about this Sprint, I told him about the changes Sal and Eric planned to implement to address those issues. Jeff contacted Spyderco and made sure that the Orange Manix 2 had those changes.

I was wondering if that wasn't true - just by eyeball, the lock geometry seems a little different. Sal had previously posted that the differences were going to be very minor, but my orange does look a little different than the others. Thanks for the confirmation.

My preorder was in on 11/10. Hope to be seeing it in a few weeks! The product page on Jeff's site says "first orders shipping now"
 
Finally got a shipping notice for mine yesterday...Just shy of three weeks after I paid. Was the wait that long for anyone else?

I was kind of hoping to get mine before the new year... :(

Based solely only on this thread I just ordered my first Manix 2 (I'm a first Gen Big Manix Fan) in Creamsicle Orange.
