Are there any decent Facebook/Instagram groups--or--I hate willfully ignorant people

OK, folks. I let this run a while because Brian needed to work off his meds.

This isn't Shop talk material, so I am moving it to ATG. It really should be in Whine and Cheese, but ATG will work.
Yeah, that's probably appropriate. Lol. It should have at least gone in ATG from the beginning.

I'm about to just say the heck with Facebook, but Eliot Maldanado just had me add him so I can learn to do curved bolsters, so maybe I'll stay on a little while longer.

ayn rand novels, man I have to chime in. I started with We The Living and went from there. love the imagination even for lack of humility...making knives and ayn rand go pretty well in hand. I wonder what kinda knives the characters in the books would carry? probably a jurgen steinau or maybe one of those neat daggers sheathed in wood
The thing is, you really have to study Objectivist Philosophy to understand all the allegory in the books, especially Atlas Shrugged.

Take a look at the Philosophy in Action podcast. That lady has some great AS study guides and discussions. She also wrote a great book called "A Defense of Praise and Blame", which is about moral luck. Pretty good so far, and she has podcasts that go along with it too.

My wife has a facebook page. I've had more than one knifemaker tell me how
great it is. At the moment I don't have one, and don't know if I ever will.
Ken.

Same here & I should just do it, but...

Facebook is a toy or addiction for most. But it can be a useful tool for any business.
