Are there any esee fans from california in here???

I'm in SoCal, 5.56 is a ESEE fan.

I consider myself a RAT Pack member before ESEE though, just saying. (I even have a RAT Pack badge somewhere around here.

Checking in from Salinas. I'm only here until the wife and I can bug out to Montana or Northern Idaho. 44 years in this godforsaken People's Republik of Kommieforniastan. Used to be a nice state when I was a kid. Then the invasion or reconquista happened. Lord, help me hang on just a little longer.

It is. Very nice location and very scenic. Great for backpacking and hiking.

Years ago I have camp all over CA, and you can experience all different conditions from hot Death Valley to snowing Sierra Nevada or the nice mild Big Basin. I had built an igloo that house 6-8 people and 15 people sat on it the next morning. That was really fun and a lot warmer than a tent.

Cheers
