The income tax time doldrums are pretty common everywhere and little wonder. And, I think the stock market performance over the last couple of months gives many some worries.

Part of the doldrums could be due to forum speed -- I'm finding it very, very slow today and busy people just won't take the time to wait 5 minutes to make a post.
