Only a slight flaw in your plan sir. If I send meat over the boarder I'll be arrested and fined. I'm also going to guess if I sent you a 'duck bomb' I'd get arrested and held for Terrorism.
Exporting maple syrup without a permit, sounds like a Canadian law broken. As for the poutine; I need to research that a little more.
