Argonne Assault LB. . . Specs & Other Info. . . . . (Cool Pics)

Historians agree that the MK I 1918 knife, which the Argonne Assault grip is clearly copied from, didn’t make it into the trenches in time to see service during WWI. The MK I 1918 did see occupation service immediately after WWI and was most famously used by large numbers of paratroopers during WWII as it was reissued.

I thought that was only for American made knuckle dusters? The ones made by the French company AU Lion saw action because they didn't have to ship them across the Atlantic.

The knife is truely bad a$$, and I still don't know what color combo to get.

I'd love to have one with a Tank Buster blade for a user :D

Lost Battalion, Light Brigade...acronym city but all I care is Jerry and Co. brought it!

My problem is always deciding on a handle color that will go with satin, regardless of the offered blade colors. That bad-boy will be stripped... resale value be damned!!!

After a lot of over thinking, I went with a generic black on black paper because the scales will really POP when that coating comes off :D

Nice choice. It was between Black Paper and Red & Black G-10 for me. I settled on the R&B because such an evil knife deserves the most evil scale colors. :D I wasn't going to get one but when the site went down this afternoon my heart went into palpitations and I knew I had to order one when/if they went back up. :o

Yes!!! Putting this knife in a safe would be an injustice done to the men who originally wielded them!!!

Just when I thought I had all the knives I could possibly use....
One couldn't possibly use, but still gotta have.
Thanks a lot, Jerry.

Rather suprised that Busse actually says on the site that sales to NY MA CA and Del are restricted - was pretty certain that it was totally legal to OWN IN YOUR HOME whatever knife you wanted in any state, but it was the PUBLIC CARRYING of those blades that was restricted...?

Passing on the AA for the NMFSH, but still glad I got my ass outta NY...

Awesome blade,,cant wait for the cali leagle version!!i think it looks better anyway:cool::thumbup:

Bummer, been trying to order one but the process stops. Guess I'll email and hope I can call on Monday.

Black blade with red/black G10 is it!

This sucks:(. We have a progressive hundred dollar fine if you are caught with pot but we cant order a blade with knuckles. Really? Is one knife really more dangerous than another? they both can stab you!!! Poo on you cali!!

Texas has its strong points in this arena. I've lived in 7 states and, all things considered, this is a pretty darn good place.

This really can't be considered artwork? Bummer for us in Cali :(
