Agreed, perhaps we can make sure there is a post or two a day to keep it in minds of everyone and alert new members to be smart when buying/selling. Also a reminder to check on those you are buying from or selling to to make sure things are legit.

You need to contact the PD where he's located (pinellas county/clearwater pd?). Those texts will put his butt in jail where he belongs!
 
Seems like his threats would be illegal, traceable and across state lines (?) is that a Federal Crime?

As a father, I'd be EXTREMELY angry if someone threatened my daughter or wife. I don't know the steps your taking, but I'd contact your local PD and show them the messages. They should be able to trace his number and locate him. Those are threats directed towards your wife and unborn baby. This guy is insane.

Have all the transactions with this guy been through Florida?

We have a repeat customer thats a K. Babbit, but hes from a different state. The purchases are a few months old and we have had no problems with him (plus he bought the least expensive model, which would be a bad one to do fraud on). Its a bad time to be a knife nut with the name K. Babbit.
 
Bad enough this fellow stole big money from Mr. Snody.......but making threats towards his family..........wow. this is as low as a person can go. Sounds like babbit is better off and safer in jail. Lesson babbit needs to learn and quick.......You can only wrong a man so far before bad things happen.

Good for you Mr. Snody for letting the authorities handle this.

ken babbit is a POS , IMO.
i may be said canadian enthusiast. he made veiled threats to me and backed out of a deal and was banned on another forum.
and harrassed me like im sure hes harrassing mike snody right now sending 100s of txt msgs within 24hour periods... he never ripped me off but i guess im waiting on charge backs now ???
on another forum he also made up stories about me/ my family having drug problems, when as i see now after looking thru mugshot dot com , its him and his family with drug problems and charges . and im not trying to laugh or poke at that. but this kid is F'd and i hope he gets F'd !

Sending this many texts and him committing all those fraudulent chargebacks between the hours of 2AM-5AM are definite signs of a self administered chemical dependency.
 
Wtf... Wtf.... Did he end up paying for all that? Or is this still all stolen goods? This kid is a real f tard. Totally him too, most likely all hopped up on meth.

Nobody should be buying from him, and hopefully he gets reported. I doubt he's on the straight and narrow.
