How about a BT4 variant Persian? Full convex grind. I think any grind would look good actually. Your interpretation of this blade shape would be stellar. PS Extra inch in the straight part of the handle for my oven mitt hands.

hmmm.... interesting.... never made a persian style blade before. I may have to look into this. I was actually working on designing a BT4 with a longer handle. BT5 perhaps?
 
YES. You would probably need to extend the blade as well for balance. (Dibs on the first one)
