Watched the countdown of the AWB sunset the last two minutes of it's existence.

Good Riddance.

I wonder what dealers were doing with their high caps at the shows this weekend? I'm glad it's expired...I can finally pull most everything out of hiding. ;)

Now to get a 223 caliber AK now that new double-column magazines for them can be brought in. And get full capacity mags for my CZ-83 380's. Too bad Springfield Armory doesn't make 243 anymore, but the 260 Rem ( 6.5mm/264 caliber ) would make an awesome rifle that could shoot hard, kick light, and use available mags. Wonder what it would take to convert an FAL besides the barrel?

I want a folder Armalite 180
I'm a little tired of AR's

best to wait and see the smoke clear.

Dont forget me!
I need high cap magazines for Beretta Cougar 8040F and Id love to get a collapsible stock for my CETME.

Now that hi-cap Glock mags are not ridiculously over priced, I might actually get that Glock 32 I've been thinking of.

The price should drop down to LEO pricing, like $15, instead of $100 to $120.

The best part is that now we will have a choice of who to buy them from and will no longer forced to deal with the gougers. :p

It looks like some of my pre ban inventory just went down in value. :( Of course, I would never sell any of it so it was always a mute point anyways. ;)

Well hopefully this Assault ban is dead we can see the gun prices and associated equipment come back down to realistic pricing, otherwise I think I will stick to knives.
I hope that treasonous prick Kerry doesn't get in office; he might pass an even stricter law and include knives. I hope a Bull Shark bites his two faced ass while surfing.
Well now all I need is Governor Erlich to repeal the guns laws in Maryland and then maybe we can get the dead count down here in Maryland or at least be able to buy handguns in Virginia.

Actually the one thing I've really been waiting for on this ban sunset is to re-outfit my gear with something that hasn't been available for neither love nor money ouside of LEO/military circles - the 30 round HK 'High Reliability Magazine' for the AR-15/M-16 series rifles.

These mags are built like the proverbial brick sh^thouse - specially coated reinforced steel mag bodies, chome followers, seriously oversized springs etc.

Most of your problems with the AR-15/M-16 nowadays comes from the issue aluminum mags. HK seems to have basically taken a look at a Galil mag and decided that was how a 5.56mm mag was supposed to be built, and then tossed in some improvements over that.

Yeah, baby. Got to get some .38 Super Para-ordnance mags...and some AK mags...and some Glock 9mm mags...

I preordered 11 Glock mags a few weeks back, the deal contingent on the repeal. Total about $200 YEAH! Five for the 10mms I already have (and have normal capacity mags for) and six for the 9mms that will inevitably come around sometime. These are LEO marked mags, but that doesn't mean anything anymore too :D :D :D

ALMOST everything. Great minds think alike... :D

I bought a factory-refurb Glock 17 a few years back with LEO magazines for a relatively cheap price. It was back when the agencies were switching from 9mm to .40 cal. Guess I just got lucky.

True, Steven Roos, but in Victorville, you're not far from some wide open wandering country...unless it's in the Desert Protection act, that is.
