Ooops .. my posting time is 8:30pm .. it is a Malaysian Standard Time .. .. so what's the Eastern Standard Time now?

Edit: OK .. I got it .. I change the time setting in my profile and now my posting shows the Eastern Standard Time My posting time is 07:30am Eastern Standard Time; 08:30pm Malaysian Standard Time!
