One does not need to make bows or knives to know a good one from a crappy one. That is the stupidest argument possible. I can guarantee when/if I do start making knives, I will never shamelessly promote an embarrassingly inferior product.

You wanted some comments on his bows? Here is a couple:
his bows are weaker/slower than youth bows, and his "recurves" are straight.

so, you know everything about sometime you know nothing about, ok, Ill remember that the next time I'm about to waste mine on something you have to say. BTW, take a look at the bows he makes, you might refraise what you said.

but I have to admit, I would not promote embarrassing products either, nor would I buy any thing from him, but you jumping into the WS&S to put someone down shows how small of a child you are, which is fine anyways.

I gotta jump on the boat with RF. Alot of good people here on W&SS an I get a little defensive and combative when I see someone trying to peddle what I consider junk, for outrageous prices for what they are, here on the forums.

Folks have said that he has refused advice from people who have been in the knife game a while , and just look at what the going price of some of that garbage is. I will call a spade a spade and what i see on that guys site is overpriced s**t that nobody should be spendin those kinds of bucks on. Some of those bows are ridiculously designed, poorley tillered (the models for the website no less!!!) and executed poorley in the craftmanship realm.

Again Im not just cutting down the guy for sport but this forum particuraly is a place where someone might be wanting to start out in traditional archery and just not know any better.

I smell BS and dont want any of the good folks here getting jipped.

ha, and so do I there is nothing I hate more than someone thinking their king shit, but with all the slander from something that acrher who ever didn't even start it, this is just a bunch of bitching about some guy, who frankly we have no business doing.

Unless he comes in here and says hes making something better than everone else, and that we should buy it, there is no reason for people who dont belong bitching about that guy, are any of you really that low that you have to go off at someone who doesnt even know who you are?:yawn:

Well, just to add fuel to the fire.
I've never cared for his style of knives or bows...he's been on Tradgang for awhile.
I also think Archer needs to learn how to use them before he learns how to make them.
That being said....I suck at making knives...but my dog can chew a 2" sapling in half in 9.4 seconds!!!!!!!!
