AtoZKnives.com

Anyone have experience with them? I have crused their web site for a while and just placed my first order. I have not received it yet but it was only 2 days ago. No worries. Good prices, stock ticker a little high on shipping but still OK. The owner (one man operation) seems real nice. A knife nut like us.

Still wondering if anyone has experience with AtoZKnives.com

This business doesn't give customary acknowledgement of receipt of your order (first red flag). Item presented as 'in stock' was not. Days after the purchase, emails arrived offering a series of excuses/ apologies. More time passed, before items are said to have been shipped ("your knife is on the way"--no tracking information provided). Owner hides his identity and location. Owner acts like he didn't receive phone calls, emails, or "contact us" messages left on his website. Manta attributes this business as belonging to Glenn Larsen of Fontana, WI. Also does business as: www.allaboutpocketknives.com.:thumbdn: BEWARE!

I'm not saying i don't believe you but i think you'd be beter off wording your complaint differently. The way it is now just sounds like you're making all these blanket statements about the company. I'm sorry to hear you had problems. Did you ever get what you ordered? your post doesn't say.
 
I agree, I could have worded it better--see edited version.

Still waiting... No knife, no tracking information, no refund. I ordered it 12 days ago. As I wanted this knife as a graduation gift (i.e., have a deadline), I located and ordered the same knife elsewhere on the web and had it in my hands THREE DAYS LATER (thanks go out to 67 Hardware--recommended!). PayPal will mediate this issue from here out.
