My favorite maker changes all the time , but the first name that popped into my head was, J. Neilsen
I will not buy any china made knives for the next month, this is easy since I have No china knives all mine are USA Sweden, German, Italian, and a few spyderco,s from Japan.

My favorite custom maker is Jay Fisher, followed closely by newly discovered here on BF, Eliot Maldonado

And I will promise not to buy any Chinese mfg knives for a month--or more
 
Beautiful knife, I am in... Favorite custom maker is Tobin Smith, and there will be no Chinese knives for me for a month. I hope Taiwan doesn't count...

Favorite maker is a toss up between Dan Fairly and Big Chris.

Seen the documentery already, and I don't buy Chinese knives (or anything if possible), so no need to commit for a month when I have commited for a lifetime.
