All my current Beckers, I dont have any pictures of my gear... "Give a man a fish and he will be fed for a day, teach a man to fish and he will be fed for life..." Conversely, "Build a man a fire and he will be warm for a night, set a man on fire and he will be warm for the rest of his life..."

Traveled over 1000 miles this weekend with me. Just got home. Did kichen duty, cleared some weeds. Annihilated an old surfboard, and was shown off to a bunch of my buddies.

What part of SoCal?
and those are gorgeous scales, do em' yourself?

How'd they manage with that flood? That was some awful crap that people there did not deserve to have happen.

My parents are up on a hill and both my brothers live there in turner and weren't affected. Other than my youngest brother tom who is a reserve officer there (turner p.d.) who worked a 48 hour shift. People were sleeping and didn't even know there was 3 feet of water outside.

This is the best I can do as my gear isn't all in one place really (I rarely hike/camp in the winter months).

That is pretty cool...I have been waiting for some good wood to build my son a boken/toy sword. But bamboo is a pretty cool idea.

Are those Klean Canteen?

They are Eco-Canteen. Some cheap two for one deal I got from a random website a few years back. I lost my Nalgene and keep forgetting to buy a new one when I am at the store. I will probably get a Camelbak or the like next as this pack has the holder and "tube slit" for one.

I'm in Newport Beach.

My buddy that did them for me. He is AMAZING with wood. He is going to make some more for some of my buddies. I'm hopefully going to get a bk9 soon and have him make some for it

That knife and I certainly traveled a lot in the last 72 hours! Time for some sleep!
