This is always with me no matter where I go as my base gear. Depending on how long I am planning to stay, weather, what I am doing, etc, my gear shifts appropriately. It's all I really need to bring and I feel comfortable with it. I basically pack my gear around this small load. If This is all I am carrying, I have a small day pack that this fits into.
