  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Attention fellow bushcrafters. Giveaway winner announced!!!

Pack is full of my daily haul, I just add some stuff when I'm headed into the sticks. As far as wit & wisdom, my well is dry.

Oregon-

Spoke with my buddy, he said that he'd be down to make you some scales. 50 bucks is what he'd want for em. Let me know

Here's my gear, Sam. Don't usually take more than this stuff except maybe some vittles. Got the altoids kit in my BK7 sheath and in it is my P.A.T. knife (Pats Altoid Tin) made by me, along with fishing, sewing and firemaking stuff. SS water bottle and SS cup, space blankie, kerchief, fire steel, slingshot, compasses(directions are wacky 'round here), other knife, tomahawk and Kimber .45 Pro Carry. I have been toying with the idea of making little caches around the woods. Then all I'd need is my Beckers & beer.

Thinking about getting a Maxpedition Fatboy to tote this stuff around in, but there's no fashion police in the woods and I kinda like old school stuff. Got an Alice for a big pack, kind of beat up but only gave a few dollars for and the name of the game is resourcefulness. Make as much gear as I can and talk others out of what I can't make. Thanks for the chance at the Giveaway

Here's my gear. I use an old ALICE pack. I have my BK-9 with my newly self-made bushcraft knife (the edge looks funny in the pic).
