Attractive gentleman's folder for under $100?

Ahem, for a non tactical and discreet carry as Thaddeus has suggested, I like my Spyderco micarta Jess Horn. There are a few white, burgundy and the more popular black colored scale models floating around. Slim, non threatening, functional and goes well with black tie occasions.
