August 2014 Weights and Fitness Thread

I started a new job two weeks ago, hence my absence, but I've been tracking my workouts. Eventually - hopefully before September! - I'll update my points.

I hope so! It's getting awfully lonely in here...

440 light reps this morning.
31.5 + 4.4 = 35.9 BSPs so far for August.
 
I kinda stopped updating my workouts. I've been putting in about 2-4 hours a day, and like Qeth, it's gotten kinda challenging to track all of the heavy bag and body weight exercises I've been doing. I took it that the point of this was to motivate us to workout, and I'm getting a pretty substantial amount of exercise these days.
 
Man, working out 2-4 hours you probably hit 50 BSPs every day! I wouldn't have energy to log all that. I'd be dead...

190 light reps this AM.
35.9 + 1.9 = 37.8 BSPs TTD.
 
Dunno about 50, but maybe 10, as it's mostly body weight exercises. I'm finally to the point where I can do a full Bas Rutten MMA workout throwing good form full-force punches, knees, and kicks too.
 
I stopped lifting and started doing a lot of walking and riding this month.. I miss the weights but I am losing weight and inches again. Got some reps on the bench this morning anyway... felt good :)

30 heavy reps.. 1.2 + 8.4 = 9.6 ttd

did 4 sets of 6 on lats and arm pulls.. 48 heavy 1.9 + 6.5 = 8.4 ttd
 
4 sets of 4 on deadlift, squats, and bench with my cardio this morning. 1.9 + 9.6 = 11.5 ttd

I'm back, baby! I'm finally adjusting to my new work schedule, so I've got time to post (and do the requisite exercising.) I've recorded my workouts, so I'm going to post a couple each day 'til I've covered 'em all in the hopes of hitting at least 50 points for this month.

light - 57 = 0.57
medium - 84 = 1.68
heavy - 6 = 0.24
very heavy - 3 = 0.2

Current BSPs: 2.69
