I started a new job two weeks ago, hence my absence, but I've been tracking my workouts. Eventually - hopefully before September! - I'll update my points.
Man, working out 2-4 hours you probably hit 50 BSPs every day! I wouldn't have energy to log all that. I'd be dead...

I stopped lifting and started doing a lot of walking and riding this month.. I miss the weights but I am losing weight and inches again. Got some reps on the bench this morning anyway... felt good![]()
