It's been an interesting month! Massive Magnacut drop, big clearance sales (including models gone for a decade!)... It's been a rollercoaster.

Well, month is half over so the BOTM drop should be coming up soon. And since no one else has gotten the ball rolling, let's make our guesses! Hell, that's half the fun, as far as I'm concerned.

Out of practicality, I think we're overdue for a fixed blade. So my guess is a Vanguard in Magnacut with burlap micarta grip and brass furniture.

So many great ideas here. If we're sticking to fixed blades, I like the 102's that have come up - straight clip, Magnacut, either standard aluminum/phenolic or brass hardware. For a pocket knife, I'd love to see a 2-bladed 303 that matches one of the more recent 301 BOTMs with a flat grind and long pull. I'd be over the moon if it matched the BladeForums 301. It's been a while since we've had a 303.

We should have a version with different handle material coming soon. I don't want to say anything the marketing group isn't ready for, however.

Or how about a Compadre in 420 HC or Magnacut? Plain - no cerakote. Full flat grind, burlap Micarta, and the bushcraft style brown leather sheath that Hickman Saddlery did for the SK Blades Compadre version.

I'd take PB&J to work for a month for that one! Actually it would probably have to be two months.
