We were cutting out the blades for the August BOTM during that week. Hopefully someone had a keen eye.
I'm going to take a wild stab at this and guess that refers to a front-page thread I've been avoiding? I can't bring myself to look.i guess that means it won't be one of those tight, high quality and overall better 373s we have heard so much about the past few days.
Oh man! A flat grind 104... I, too, have an overwhelming appetite for PB&J.Or how about a Compadre in 420 HC or Magnacut? Plain - no cerakote. Full flat grind, burlap Micarta, and the bushcraft style brown leather sheath that Hickman Saddlery did for the SK Blades Compadre version.
I'd take PB&J to work for a month for that one! Actually it would probably have to be two months.![]()
You should, that rosewood handled, Magnacut 120 is coming this month, I can feel it. It won't be cheap with that much Magnacut on it!I have a feeling I better round up my spare change now
Someone on the BCCI Facebook mentioned seeing trays of barehead 501s during the 35th - one of those in Magnacut? I'd be a proverbial PB&J man for one.A Magnacut 501 would be pretty great.
We should propose to Buck that they hold back (reserve) one BOTM knife, available for purchase to the closest guesser from this thread. Has anyone ever guessed it?
A Magnacut 501 would be pretty great.
Curveball! The bareheaded Magnacut 501 that the gentleman on the BCCI Facebook group said he saw in Post Falls at the 35th Anniversary event just hit the website - but not as the BOTM.
They had a little extra time. They'll drop that rosewood, Magnacut 120 on the 20th.Curveball is right. Stealth run before a BOTM, oh my
Close. Buck is going to drop a rosewood Magnacut 820 tile knife on August 20th.They had a little extra time. They'll drop that rosewood, Magnacut 120 on the 20th.
I'm adding an 819 to my ever-growing wish list. That knife is BEAUTIFUL.I have changed my mind. Instead of an 820 on August 20, Buck is going to bring back the 819 with MagnaCut steel and release it this Saturday, August 19. In order to make this the fastest selling BOTM, the price is going to be $149.99.
