August BOTM? Taking all bets! <<8/24: 101 Richlite 154CM>>

i guess that means it won't be one of those tight, high quality and overall better 373s we have heard so much about the past few days.
I'm going to take a wild stab at this and guess that refers to a front-page thread I've been avoiding? I can't bring myself to look.

Or how about a Compadre in 420 HC or Magnacut? Plain - no cerakote. Full flat grind, burlap Micarta, and the bushcraft style brown leather sheath that Hickman Saddlery did for the SK Blades Compadre version.

I'd take PB&J to work for a month for that one! Actually it would probably have to be two months. :)
Oh man! A flat grind 104... I, too, have an overwhelming appetite for PB&J.

Curveball! The bareheaded Magnacut 501 that the gentleman on the BCCI Facebook group said he saw in Post Falls at the 35th Anniversary event just hit the website - but not as the BOTM.

The gentleman on Facebook said it was a bareheaded 501 with Ironwood. The sprint run just released has Ebony. Was he wrong in identifying the wood during the factory tour, or will the BOTM be Ironwood? Hmmm...

PS, love the brown leather sheath.

I'd love to see the Saunter get some love and since The Paradigm is still available in Magnacut I'd say they're gonna test the waters in something else in Magnacut so like the Spitfire or Vantage maybe.

We should propose to Buck that they hold back (reserve) one BOTM knife, available for purchase to the closest guesser from this thread. Has anyone ever guessed it?
Buck Knives Inc. Buck Knives Inc. this is a fantastic idea! Let's see who came close today.

A Magnacut 501 would be pretty great.

Oh look! Someone named F FranklinG . Sounds like a fine fellow.

Dang curveballs!

They had a little extra time. They'll drop that rosewood, Magnacut 120 on the 20th.
Close. Buck is going to drop a rosewood Magnacut 820 tile knife on August 20th.

Some of the BOTM flew out of Post Falls.. Resellers will/have scooped up many and I hope Buck will put a reasonable limit for a single order.
But Buck HAS kept a lot of meat on the bone for themselves the last year or two.
