I think the best thing is for knifer333 to send the hawk back and then for each person to move on. If that happens, no one will have been hurt other than some shipping money lost.

This should probably have been handled privately.

Ditto that. All that is being done here is both of them are looking bad. I am not sure I would feel 100% comfortable dealing with either of them right now. To tell the truth, I can't tell who is in the right and who is in the wrong. Both have started multiple threads on this issue instead of keeping it in one thread. Both have made statements that have not cleared anything up. Often the truth is very simple and when someone has a dozen different angles on a topic, there is something to hide.

I suggest keeping all comments to one thread. This should have been done in the first place. I can't keep all the threads straight and as a result, I don't trust anything. Both of you need to knock this crap off and get it dealt with between yourselves. I'm not sure you want us to do or expect us to think.
 
I believe a knife will rust at a shop, but at yur house in the living room? You would have to live in a house after Katrina hit. Noones house is that moist, you'd have pneumonia 24/7. 01 tool steel would never rust just hanging on a wall. I mean RUST guys. Almost through the blade in areas. Not surface that WD-40 will take off. And yes it was a big misunderstanding, and thats how the whole deal settled. But I am not going to sit and let someone defame my character over nothing. If I did it- tell the world , but if you're lying, I am coming to get you. Whether I get to you or Jesus cuts you down for lies, it is going to happen.
 
Just like Griggs said- privacy is a good policy. Thats how this whole deal was handled. Only until I get on this page and see my handle being misused. That would piss any one of you off out there. Why start a thread of lies when all the merchandise is getting to the rightful owners?

Your description of the condition of the hawk gets progressively worse every time you post on the subject.

Post a picture of the areas where the corrosion has "almost worked its way through the blade." Then we'll see who "Jesus cuts down for their lies."

'anyone' is right. knifer333 never sent his end of the deal and is stalling about sending ZZJake's back. If anything, as the newbie, knifer333 should have sent his knives to ZZJake before getting anything in return.

Parker, I'd talked to him via phone and he seemed reasonable enough then, perhaps he took his meds that day. I needed the Leek for a project and when he offered to throw the Warthog in, I went for it.

As far as him coming for me, the diversion might be fun, got a few toys I'd love to test:D
