About a year ago I got a CRKT M16-12LE. Been using it lightly, carrying it a lot. Well after a while it started getting stuck in the open position. Basically the liner lock wouldn't release and sometimes I had to use a screwdriver to get it to release in order to close the knife. I e-mailed CRKT warranty department and they told me to ship it to them, which I did, about 3 weeks ago. They said they had to assess whether the problem was warranty related or due to abuse.
Today I get a package from them with a BRAND NEW M16-12LE, no explanation, no charges, just a brand new knife.
Awesome service, no hitches, no hassle.
