Axe mod- no name sb into swedish/american use-- WIP

Hey that's great! Take something that you'd sell at a farm retirement auction in a lot with some bent shovels and busted rakes and make something out of it. Looks like it'll do what you want.

I passed up a nice 2.5# Hults Bruk head last weekend -- not a fan of thin edges and it wasn't as "cheeky" as my kindling axe.

Very nice work. Thanks for the photos.

I have been using this axe almost exclusively this season. Being that this has been my first boys axe sized tool, I wanted to give it a workout to see how much I would like or dislike it. Most of my firewood is all split by now, but every so often there are a few pieces that are a little too big. This axe has done beautifully splitting down pieces further and in making kindling, which I do about every other week. I really love this thing! It's performed well and I'm glad I didn't spend the money on a thin cheeked bit from overseas.

I like it ALOT, out of my current skill set to attempt, But clearly not out of yours ..lol Well done.
