B11 blew my buddies mind

Agreed... for the weight of this knife, it's my top choice for strapping on my pack now.. super fast blade for its size

Thanks man! My stripped B11 comes in at 17.2 oz. and my .26" satin NMFBM with black paper mags comes in at 30.3 so nearly twice the weight.

Wow! Didn't realize there was that much of a difference. Even more impressive. Thanks for the data

No problem brother.

Here is another comparison. My NMSFNO satin/bp .22" which is one of my all time favorites weighs in at 21 oz.

The B11 is a knife that weighs less than an NMSFNO but has the blade length of a NMFBM. It won't out chop an NMFBM but it will hold it's own. The weight savings and handle comfort push the B11 up in the top spot for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not selling my NMFBMs, but . . .;)

Looks like you got a little workout J. Hmm! B-11 huh. I did'nt pick one up but may have to one day they sound quite imppresive to say the least. Come to think of it i've not heard one bad thing mentioned about them. Thanks for sharing brother and Chop on in that beautiful state which you live in.

Doug

At only 17.2 oz with an 11" blade the B11 looks to be the ticket for large blade carry.

Glad you had a smooth finish under the paint, and only needed a strip and scotchbright to get that great looking satin finish:thumbup:

Thanks for the pics Jared.

Thanks for the kind words Doug and Kenny.

Good to see you guys around these parts.

B11 FTW!!!!

Tell me about it!!!!! Just so light, comfy, and still a mean chopper!!!!! Right now, I pair it up with my CABS in a baldric rig, and the whole shebang still weighs less than the KZII does by it's self I am sure!

Everyone who needs one, better keep an eye out for the B10, they should be real champs too!!!!!

I have to say, not that I would and hope I never have to, if I could only keep just one Busse or just one knife period it would be the B11. I would have to upgrade mine to the ASYM edge though. Everyone needs a B11
