I'll concede a few things to the critics:
- I can go along with (maybe) the War Dog handle not being proportionally perfect for a B11+x.
- A straight, in-line Regulator handle might not be the most efficient for chopping if the ergonomics and blade design remain the same as the Regulator .
However,
- A B11+x tang could fit the War Dog handle. It fits the B4.
- The Regulator handle is much better IMO. The efficiency is in the angle of the handle to the blade and/or the blade drop, not the straightness of the handle itself.
Take a look at this old thread to see how the angles differ between the Reg. and "basic".

The 1311 tang will not fit in the War Dog handle. I happen to have both. Pretty sure the B11 tang is the same as the 1311. I think the 1311 has barbs though. Not positive.

You're correct IF it is just like the 1311. :thumbup:
I said it "could" fit. The B4 fit. The original "Basic" handle is shorter than the DF/Basic handle.
I just like to show my love for the WD/B4 and Regulator handles.
I would definitely rather have "Basic/DF" handle than the WD/B4 handle, but I'd like to try a Regulator handle on a 1311-like blade.

This is kinda what I would like to see, though perhaps dereg the top. 1311 and blade '14 parked Regulator for size reference. edit: forgot to mention there is plenty of room to make it a bolo too, or just bring the edge up a little bit. The Talon hole can be drilled wherever needed.
