Back to a Ritter.

Nice Ritter!. Here's my Mini Grip not a Ritter, but love the regrind and the Wilkins G10.

Thanks man!

I love those scales. I wish mine had that texture.

I bet that thing is a wicked slicer now!!

Did a fine job of getting some cheese slices for lunch.

Right at home outside!! Love the orange! So easy to see.....especially in the snow.

Love the Ritter!

I have had Wilkins in the past.
3 large sets and two mini's.
One mini set were in Ti.
That knife was a tank, indestructable.
However, it soon grew to be too blocky and too heavy for my tastes
Wilkins shape is awesome though.

The original shape is pretty cool too.
Jkarp with that combination you have there it has got to be the best production full size Ritter/scales they make.
I too have the Gold class CF scales and have combined them with blue anodized standoffs from a LE Camp Perry.
Love this combo!

But, I have come to appreciate a more 710'ish type shape and have that type on two of my full sized Ritters.
Here's my full size and my mini's. :D

I love the design on the mini but because BM tries too hard (my opinion) for the mythical blade/handle ratio, the handle is too short for me. It is a 3 finger knife. I have one but have never taken to it. If the scales were a tad longer it would be a winner for me.

Nice package Gizler00! Love it!

I'm still waiting for the perfect custom mini Ritter grip to come up in the exchange. I so need one in my life.

I've gone in circles for many years trying to find a better knife than the Ritter. Striders, Sebenzas, Hinderers, I've tried them all. Trying the AWT scales has made the mini the perfect knife for me. Wish I never sold my M4 mini though :(

have you tried any other aftermarket scales on the mini to compare to the AWTs?

I have a large grip with AWT scales and like them quite a bit, but wish they 1) were a tad lighter 2) had more chamfer on the edges.

Yep, I have owned Wilkins grips, and the aftermarket scales that Knives Ship Free sells. I liked them both a lot, but the AWT ones just clicked best for me. I am surprised too because I generally don't like all metal handles.

I still want to try some of the scales that the fine makers here make though. Keyman and DTL scales look simply amazing!

that's great to hear. Maybe I should try the AWT on a mini grip to see how they feel.

I'm torn between that or some custom micarta ones. I have one large grip with Micarta DOA scales and they are pretty damn awesome.

Thanks Man! I am really loving this thing. Beautiful scales you have made there!! I need some!!

The wilkins grip makes a world of difference for the way the grip feels in the hand for me.

I am in the EXACT same spot right now. I forgot how much I actually love this knife and setup. It really is the Perfect EDC blade.

Here are a few In hand shots. Just in Case anyone wants to see what they are like. FYI.... I have XL/XXL Hands

The Ritter mini grip is a very nice small knife, but I always find myself carrying the regular size Ritter. I like that size better for my edc.

thanks alot!

No problem!

. I was like that when I had both a large and small at the same time without the Wilkins scales. Honestly, I thought I would still feel that way, but I have stuffed my large seb in the safe since this landed in my pocket.

Love the Ritter. Mine in green Cuscadi scales.

Very nice!

I'd be all over the Ritter Mini-Grip, if it came with a hole, instead of the thumbstud.

I'm not sure I would like it as much. Would be interesting for sure though.

It's quite a testament to the Ritters to hear that they have kicked a couple Sebenzas out of pocket :D
