Another vote for deep, irregular jigging. Cattaraugus did some pretty awesome jigging back in the day...

I believe that Cattaraugus made what is the definition of " Jigged Bone " . There has been some other Good stuff , but not up to Cattaraugus .
Your old Catt just shows what it should look like Al ! Thanks for the intertainment !!!!!

Worm groove can look horrible when not done right, but when done right, it's awesome. I have the utmost confidence in GEC pulling it off. Their jigging far surpasses all other production knife companies. GEC's "Grizzly" jigging (like a grizzly had a go at it) would be another excellent choice and would satisfy those looking for a somewhat random aggressive pattern.

Agreed.
Grizzly cut is about as random as I would like.
Wormgroove has a certain appeal but for this venture I believe it has too much wiggleroom for dissatisfaction due to varience.
Personally a nice, tidy ,uniform jigging would be preferred.
Havent seen rope cut jigging for a while. Now there's some smart jigging.
I'm in for one no matter what the gods decree:p

Rope cut in the middle

Rope cut jigging has a certain uniformity whilst at the same time looks random and wild. I would ask if cost would be a factor for this unusual form of jigging.
It is definitely not common anymore.

Seems to be the complete opposite from the prevailing opinion. :D

Daggone that's a nice sample. Don't want to know what it cost!

I agree on the jigging. Hoping we end up with something random.
