Bad Buying Experience with S & R Knives

S&R means nothing to me either way, 95% of the time I go through Warriors and Wonders. I believe that I put two orders through S&R and they went perfectly. I recieved good products and service.

Further to the Canadian self racist comments i live in the UK and have used SR knives multiple times with no problem and saving £££ at the same time. If i recieve a duff order it is bad news here due to shipping costs and trying to get a replacement knive/item sent without suffering more customs/tax charges. Rodders has always looked after me, i would like to hear the other side of the story from their prospective. I am, of course, not trying to minimise the OP's comments or declare them as untruths, i would just like to hear what Rodders has to say on the matter.

I've never had a problem with S&R to date. In my experience, their customer service is 100% better than WW.

The truth of the matter is S&R should value their local customers more but they dont. They have horrible customer service and horrible prices.
