Yes, it looks exceptionally well-designed as a knife that is equally suited to cutting tasks and defense-related use... especially in a reverse grip.

Given that I'm drawing a comparison between this knife's profile and a DEK1, I might even admit that I could see myself liking the balance and feel of something like this in the hand more than that of a DEK1 for certain tasks, which is something that I was not expecting to say!

my testing showed that my handle needed some refinement, so I performed some very minor tweaks
