approximately one month ago, i placed an order with www.osograndeknives.com one of the items i ordered was out of stock and they were awaiting replacements. this would've been understandable, but they never notified me. after a week, when i started to wonder why the mailman had not brought my goodies, i tried to call them. over a period of several days, i made countless calls. i would get a recording that explained the business hours, i was calling during them (time zone figured in). i left multiple voicemails and provided more than one number they could reach me at. they never called nor emailed me to advise my order was not being shipped. finally, they answered the phone when i called. they explained the order was not going to be shipped for another two weeks, i cancelled.
just wanted to let y'all know what type of experience i had with this company. i will not order from them, again :thumbdn:
