:mad: OK I beleive I just got F*cked by a person who after my deal learned he was banned on BF & scrapyard site as well.well lesson learn never will I go back to KF "Cooky" , I have contacted him several time via email and no response,I sent MO thru UPS and will be filing a report thru UPS and with local police in my area and in his...I emailed him my WK number to call and work it out if I hear nothing by wednesday.. purchase or thought I did a Chopweiler but learned from another member who he really is but ...he received $..so I will let you know how this turned out,just want to warn other....
 
do not know his name on BF but his real name is michael Ayala and on knife forum he went by "cooky" that is all i know for now..thanks Tony
 
What kind of MO did you use???? You can report it to the PO if you used a postal MO and they will send a postal investigator to track him down. You can also forcefully refund I believe, not sure though.
 
not sure what he did at the yard but several people has pm'ed me and said he was banned there.I did not ask why , I am guessing ripping people off or trying ..not sure, and I am going to talk with UPS
 
I called his phone number of course it is no longer in service.... Cookie or cooky ... I emailed him to iquire about the Swamprat blade for sale he emailed me several pictures and after he received $ no replies from emails or no phone...he had $ in 2days and yet to hear a peep out of him.... I just want people to not go down the same path I did ...
 
If you pull up "all posts" from the link I provided, it appears he did/attempted a number of transactions here. Mayhap one of the members he transacted with can provide some info.
 
Ok, I receive my money and this guy has his blade , I guess it was a big mis-understanding due to his name and the info I was PM’d or emailed…& I did Jump the Gun a little early on him due to info I was reading and I did not give him time to do his obligated part and mail knife, he read the post and refused my package. ok let me get this straight, you jumped the gun posting here. he read it, you got the $$, he refused your package 'cuz he read this post??

if you have gotten the $$ from the guy you owe him a BIG apology, you do know that this is a kinda last resort to use after communication and such has broken down and ya have waited an appropriate amount of time to get the $$.

like i said you owe a BIG apology, not cool at all imho.

i woulda refused the package also, i presume you have sent his $$ back, right?

If you're gonna question someone's M.O. or integrity, make sure you look at the whole picture, actually comprehend the situation, and then actually think before you add a useless post to a thread, please.
