You don't know me, but like so many others here, I know your site very well and have been missing it too. :) Thank you for getting it back up & running!!! :thumbup:
 
Thanks a ton for bringing the site back! I've spent hours just staring and wish booking at pics on there.

You're welcome! I almost didn't have the ability to get the new site done. I only had a few backup files on hand. A couple of them were early saves which were missing a majority of the photos. Another three or four of files were more complete but I'm guessing that 70-80% of the photos were corrupted & not usable.

I was finally able to find a file in my computer that I retired early last year that still had good copies of the jpegs. I lost only two photos from that file. I'm lucky that I didn't go ahead & trashed that computer this early year. I'm surprised with getting all those corrupted jpegs in some of the files. Anyway, everything appears to be up & running.

I'm not entirely sure, but you might be able to grab copies of the 2 missing jpegs from the Wayback Machine (web.archive.org). :)

I'm not too worry about just losing two jpegs at this point. The two corrupted jpegs were on a page that already had photos so not a big loss. I don't even remember which page had the bad jpegs.

I did check the web.archive file early on. Many if not most of the pages have broken links so it wasn't much help at all. The new site is in a pretty good shape right now.

I just need to fill in some of the missing gaps for some of the knives now. I already have some people allowing me to use their photos from their sites. There are some great people here that are willing to help me out. There's also photos & information on this forum for me to "borrow" for the new site. :)

That's what happens when someone falls a sleep on not updating the site on a regular basis. :frown: It's going to take time to get the site some what up to date. Will try to get the main models added to the site where possible. Thanks for your feedback which is helpful to me in helping me on what to update on the site.
