IN GB&U I think silence is guilty.

This guy won't come around. I had a guy recently rip me off on a another forum badger & blade by the name of David Dehart. Tracked him down and everything.
Guys like this pop in and out to see comments but then register a new user name a little later and do it all over again.

I couldn't agree more. If you do something really stupid on a forum that mostly works off of trust, that's one thing.
If you don't care enough to join the discussion about your stupidity, and at the very least, just apologize, you need to be shown the door.
Even though there is no 'excuse' that can change what he did, saying nothing guarantees to me that there is no remorse, and that there will be no change. Meaning; this will not be the last time Windex_ does something less then respectable.
Not everyone reads the GBU, and not everyone searches the history of a seller, however nobody can buy from someone that is banned.....

Seems like there are a few folks who have major issues but are allowed to still be members. This thread is an example. Shouldn't this guy be banned? Paypal had to get involved. He's a confirmed liar. He has not shown any accountability.

This sends the wrong message to numerous people on this forum. You can do crap like this and nothing really happens...
Take a break, and come back in a month. How many views has this thread had so far? Bet it's not even 10% of the membership here.
