then she made me move them to wax paper.

the top row is made with two balls, bottom one with wax and top with lubri... er Vaseline
burn time 15 minutes

middle is one ball with just the first 3/16ths dipped in wax.
burn time 10 minutes

bottom row has a peewee sized wax ball inserted in the center
burn time 5 minutes

i used my reloading scale on the first run and applied 6 grains of Vaseline worked in to each for the first run.

then submerged a small jar of Vaseline in boiling water and using an eye dropper dropped exactly 1.0 mil or 20 drops of liquid Vaseline for the second run. (awesome as my balls just sucked it up with no sticky fingers)

i tried candle wax, paraffin, and bee's wax, bee's wax flamed the fastest, longest, and highest of all.

i prefer the single ball, dipped in bee's wax.

all my balls sparked equally as well. left and right.

my canisters can hold 15 balls with just Vaseline
4 double balls with wax and Vaseline
and 5 single balls 1/4 wax n Vaseline.

i haven't packed my peewee balls yet...

Did you try magnesium shavings in the centre of them, or worked into the wax????

no, i have some, but i haven't rubbed it on my balls yet....

i'll shave some off and give that a test run, might get hot enough to melt right through my wives kitchen counter :foot:

Always take great care when shaving near your balls.

Did you try magnesium shavings in the centre of them, or worked into...

Be very careful rubbing/working the magnesium shavings in as it may stick in your meat/skin like splinters ...when working with your balls.

Never pour gasoline on your balls.

Fit is a function of velocity! Get those balls moving, and you can put them in a thimble if they are moving fast enough!

Seems like after that, it would be hard to stand still long enough for the other tinder to catch.

Or maybe they would be tinder enough to last a while.
