Bamboo Fishing Spear

well done. I love the look of it. was it hard to split? have you caught anything with it? does your daughter know YOU can use that on boys....lol great job. man

Thanks, no I haven't tried it yet. I want to try it out at a lake on the mountain but I've been told that spear fishing is illegal in the fresh waters here and carries the same penalty as poaching (up to 10years in jail, up to $10,000.00 fine, siezure of your vehicle and all gear in it. Even though I know most of the game wardens here I really don't want to push my luck.

Not at all hard to split, just tie a cord tight around the joint where you want to stop first then split.

Yeah, lol, we've talked about that....among other things. I think maybe I need to chill out...lol, she is sort of affraid to bring them here now.
