As Mrs. S has stated a few times earlier in this thread. They are $12 shipped to the CONUS. I believe that includes Texas.

I believe so, unless my geography completely sucks and Texas is somewhere near Hawaii... though I believe Texas some local tax since most shops ask Texasians include +12%tax...
